FAIL.. With a capital F A I L. That's how my birthday went. I ate way too much of the wrong things! I weigh in tomorrow to see what kind of damage I've done. I do not see my number going down. In fact, I'm afraid it might have gone up a couple of pounds. *sigh* Oh well, back on the wagon!
