A little later than normal for posting. Anyway, still LOVING Fatsecret especially the iPhone app. The barcode scanner just really simplifies my life. Last night I was craving a peanutbutter sandwich. I thought about it for a while. Finally I got off the couch and went into the kitchen. I opened the bread drawn, took out the multi-grain bread, thought again then put it away. This was huge for me. First time in a very long time I talked myself out of a temptation.
So the night before last I had a great night's sleep. That was like the third night in a row. I had myself convinced that all the exercising I was doing on the treadmill was making my body so tired it shut down at night and helped me sleep peacefully. Well last night I guess all my rest caught up to me because I basically tossed all night long. that totally sucks!! Oddly enough, I'm not exhausted today and this morning I even woke up before the alarm clock.
Fridays are slowly becoming my absolutely favorite day of the week. Its not that its the end of the work week, its weigh-in day. I'm so excited for weigh in day. I decided to go to my awards banquet. Last year at this time I was like 30lbs lighter. I think I can pull another 10lbs by the banquet. Hopefully I wont look as bad as I think I look. Just another reason to work really hard to get some more weight off.
