Stepped up my exercise this week. I've started doing the Walk Away the Pounds: 3 mile walk...2x a day. I've set a goal of losing 50lbs before Easter. That will be when I next see alot of my family members and I want there to be a noticable difference. Not to mention I want to buy some new clothes for this summer :)

Wat to go, You are are doing so good. I'm just up to the 2 mile. But sometiems i can do it twice or do an extra mile. But i used to love Tae-bo a couple years ago, and i brought out those tapes so doing them to now.
