I'm close to be in the 180s again...very, very close. I've still been working out, just been kinda quiet. I did manage to do an assisted pullup...it was still sad and I dislike them greatly, but I did it! Now that I have accomplished that feat I have decided to do alternative exercises that work the same muscle groups :) Maybe once I build the muscles up a little more I'll try it again.
Yesterday was actually a great day at the gym...I used to like the cardio and loathe the weights...now it is opposite. I try to get my cardio done as fast as possible so I can play in the weight room. I have been watching everyone else and trying different weight exercises myself. I'm getting more and more comfortable with the equipment. And I'm sore today...lol...so I must be doing something right.
