My Friend's advice was RIGHT. Because i stopped losing weight for 1 month. She told me TWO MAIN TRICKS.
1-Break up your diet and exercise routine for one week. (It gains 2 pounds but can lose it after).
2-Are you sure if your are eating 1500 calories exactly? or maybe more? I figured that i do not record the exact food i eat like, sauces or the exact serving size or carbs. However, she said if not, low your calories because if you eat 800 or 900, it means you ate 1200 or more. ;)
I feel less heavier and healthy again. Especially, not OVEREATING.
