Nice! When I was vegan for a few months, I was desperately trying to find a decent tofu scramble recipe that I actually enjoyed in lieu of eggs/an omelet. How do you cook/season yours?

I just combined soft tofu, egg whites (for protein!) and a whole egg! pepper and some chilli flakes for seasoning, cream cheese on the bread 🍞

I cook my tofu scramble with green onions, a sprinkle of turmeric and nutritional yeast. Lots of people
Put garlic and onion powder but they hurt my stomach. when it’s cooked if you want it to taste like eggs you can buy “black salt” or kala namak and sprinkle it on at the end. It seems to lose its flavour in heat.
