Oh Ab Ripper, how I love to hate you. So I've decided the Results and Recovery formula doesn't taste all that great. This could be because it's like an orange cream flavor and I'm not a fan of that flavor. Each drink is 220 calories, better be worth it. I don't think I'm going to use it unless I'm dead ass tired after a work out. Did well over the weekend, I had a couple drinks...but nothing too extreme. I can already see more muscle tone in my body...Super Exciting! Hats off to you Tony Horton!

I love/hate Ab Ripper!! You are doing great!! I have never tried the recovery drink...I didn't really get the purpose but I will let you tell me what you think of it! Tony = amazing =-) Vegas this summer? I sure would love to meet Erin =-)
