5 hari kemarin skip diet karna keluar kota jadi mulai hari ini back on track lagi! makan siangku hari ini: nasi shirataki pake tumis tuna, brokoli dan telor rebus✨ oiya pas pagi nya sebelum treadmillan aku makan pisang jugaa. semangat diet semuanyaa❤️
