Yeah of course!
Here’s the recipe -
What you need:
•10g of oats
•10g of protein powder (optional (I like to use for extra protein)
•1/2tsp baking powder
•30g of egg whites (or 1 egg)
•60ml of milk (any of your choice)
•50-100g of blueberries
Mix all ingredients in a blender and fry on your pan.
You can add any toppings of your choice (I like to add 5-10g of low calorie chocolate syrup)
