I'm absolutely staggered. it was my birthday week and we went out everyday for meals, for 6 days. completely my dads fault, ha! I tried to do a lot of walking to make up for it. Maybe that paid off? either way I'm taking the win. i spent half the week stressed that i was gonna put on half a stone. good to see progress can still be made.
