I am on 1200 - 1500 cals, cut down sugar to 1 teaspoon a day in a cup of tea and 2 pieces of fruit. I have surgery in a few weeks and it has been the boost I needed to shed.

I know, trish. I think time of the month and the fact I only ate 800 cals yesterday because I was in bed all day may have contributed.
No more weigh ins until next Monday.
