Time to get started, just a little mental preparation and I'm on my way to a thinner version of ME. I weighed myself today and am down to the weight I was when I started on fatsecret. So this is good. Still have 7 pounds to get to my pre-pregnancy weight, and then just 30lb to go.....right...easy breazy. For some reason dropping the pounds back in high school was actually easy, these 37 lb would be off by summer. Now it's like pulling teeth. But hey, nothing beats seeing yourself fit like a glove in those sexy jeans, so... just a little more mental preparation, :).
