Was up late last night and got really hungry - in the kitchen looking for something to eat! That must be one of my issues - calories late at night. It's so easy to use up my points - I really need the food journal to keep track or I would go over so easily! I made some iced tea because I was so over the water by the end of the day and it tasted so good that it was a treat and saved me from eating! Still doing phase one on workout - day 8 - seeing a little difference in stamina but not a lot - day 11 of diet. It's working!! Another .8 pounds - bittersweet to be heading down to where I started! just have to keep it going!!
