So yeah, yesterday I did not stick to the diet at all. I knew I was going to have a problem since we were going out for dinner. So I had a mushroom omelet for breakfast and then a protein bar for lunch.
Dinner was at a steakhouse...don't know if I need to say anymore than that. I had a few of the appetizers but I had a whole lot of meat. Then came hte banana cream pie for dessert, and the rootbear float at the bowling alley for dessert part 2.
So I am trying to cut back on calories today. I thought I might do kenpo again, but I was just so tired today. So I am just trying to cut back on calories. I may have overdone my fruit smoothie, though!
