cant say I did all that great today, Made soup and chose to enjoy the broth. I know it is more salt than I should have, it shows up on the scale. Then what do I do because I am mad at myself---of course. Eat more. I didn't go absolutly nutz but none the less, I ate more thatn I should. So I went to the store and got leeks and used to Why French Women Dont Get Fat leek soup recipe. I dumped the remainder of my broth in and added water and more vegetables. Drained the vegetable. to eat tomorrow. I will drink the souop. I also plan to use diet shakes. Hope all goes well. Broth is very low in calories. It is the salt,, darn

Don’t be so hard on yourself losing weight is a slow process and our bodies really don’t like to cooperate. Have a good weekend.

Never, beat yourself up, you are doing good, and you are working at it all of the time, I made my soup with an onion soup mix that I found at the 99 cents store that has no carbs and 125 milligrams of salt, used water this time instead of broth. I love it, and it still tastes salty, to me, I guess the veggies have their own salty taste. I think its the celery. I looked at you diet, it looks good. you are being consistent, and noticing the stuff that you don't think will do good for your body, that is being conscience of eating, before we ate and shoveled it in and weren't conscience of it.
