Well, not much of a drop in weight. Usually happens with me, the scale doesnt move , but I can feel the clothes fitting little different. Inches, inches. I am going to track SLEEP, RESTING, AND ACTUAL GYM TIME calories burned the next 2 weeks. Try something different.
