I'm so busy that it's easy not to eat too much. But I've got no time or energy to workout either 😕 and hormonal weight is sticking too. What to do?

I have not even fallen off the wagon. I had one planned cheat day on Sunday for my friend's BBQ. I'm just not feeling it at the moment

Maybe eat maintenance calories for a few days? You won't gain and hopefully you'll feel well enough for the gym.

Lara, you seem to be making good progress actually. Give yourself a hug!🤗 I am not an expert, but you might consider dealing with the hormones, and then making sure to get all of your energy in (calories) every day- don’t skimp. If you can’t eat all your meals, my suggestion would be to eat nutritionally dense foods for the meals you do have time to take. All the best!’ ☀️

Thanks, I think you are both right. I'll take it easy for a few days and up my calories
