Making great progress so far. been wearing a neoprene vest while at work and its been helping sweat more. averaging between 13000 and 18000 steps a day right now plus lifting lots of paint cans and 5 gallon buckets. steady exercise is making a big difference.
79.3 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hello! From my experience neoprene only makes you sweat so you only loose water which you will recuperate as soon as you drink again. It helps me best to the gym.
