Did so well all day yesterday, then blew it with a late dinner at a coffeeshop after a big out-of-my-control schedule change that left me eating a soup/sammich and sugary drink for dinner instead of a steak and salad :( I should have just had the soup. Ended up with a HUGE headache at sleepytime and had difficulty going to sleep. So I guess I paid the price.
Today I ended up scavenging a friend's cupboards at brekkietime and finding nada to eat. Thus the handful of candy I had to keep me going. I probably would have been better off having nothing but since I was all sugared up from yesterday I was hungry this morning. :( Yep. Officially out of ketosis. It's so easy to tell. Well, I brought a salad today and if I can stay away from the sandwhiches at my lunch meeting in half an hour maybe I can be flying high on fat again instead of feeding the sugar monster.
