I have a confession to make. Last night I was under my calorie count so I ate half a watermelon and a 200 calorie Dilly Bar from Dairy Queen. I felt so satisfied after the Dilly Bar that the calories were worth it! This is a confession and I don't feel guilty about it.

I see so many people on this site confessing their slip ups and beating themselves with the guilt. I think the guilt is more unhealthy than the actual slip up. If you're walking and stumble do you throw yourself down and roll around on the ground? No, you stumble a little but you keep walking. So keep walking! Keep going! You're doing good.
