ok i dont know what happened in one week! 3 lbs? i have a digital scale and this is what it showed me. Is there something wrong with the scale? i think so.. but i recorded this anyways...i keep checking the weight and it shows me the same number!! how can this be!

It's probably not the scale, although it's tempting to blame the scale. It's probably some water retention
