Felt rubbish yesterday after my second jab, so scrapped the fast day, and going less strict today too. I’ve managed some exercise both days though. Sometimes I think you have to let your body lead you.

During my journey I just learned I work better when I push myself a bit harder. Otherwise I just lose focus
