Feeling pretty proud of myself for eating at a chipotle-like local place without having their rice. My bowl had good protein and fat. I probably could have drunk unsweetened tea instead of diet pop with a touch of orange crush to mask the diet flavor. But oh well, little steps. I also skipped breakfast entirely and did not feel hungry until lunch and STILL made good choices! Yay, this means I'm in fat-burning mode, despite the copious amounts of rice I ate yesterday. Burn, baby, burn!
