I went to the gym again, after yesterday I thought I would be sore, I still having trouble meeting my calorie range. When exercise I don't get hungry. So to help me a little I guess I will eat a light snack fruit or something. It is raining here and storming and I spent some It relaxes me. Catch you all later. Have a great evening LoreJae
