I went out last night with my boyfriend.. I told myself I was only going to have a couple drinks (gin and soda), and I ended up getting totally drunk. I'm so ashamed today, I was drinking beer and whiskey and shots. UGH!! I feel like I totally sabotaged everything! I can't even remember how much I had. how embarassing.
I'm going to get right back on track today.

I know exactly how you feel! I'm in college and the pressure to drink almost every weekend is there specially when my roommates throw parties in our house. I always tell myself I'm not going to drink high calorie crap like beer but before I know it I'm playing my third game of beer pong! But I really like your attitude toward the situation. :)
