Being a very social person has been very hard to keep focussed and on track. I’m really having to limit myself a lot when going out and it’s been really hard as I can’t loose weight anymore how ever much I work out and how careful I am.

Increase protein and reduce carbs to see how your body reacts. I am doing 90g carbs a day. I was on 75.

Hey Paula, yes weekends at the moment not counting macros, in the week however I’m very very strict with my diet, macros, calories and fasting. That comment is more about going back to normal and being a very social person and always being out with friends is a difficult balance to meet. Which is why I appreciate having done this during the lockdown massively !
