Good Morning All

Sorry about being MIA for the last day or so but man if you only knew.

So Saturday night my 2 yr old gets diarrhea followed by puking 2-3 times
Sunday morning comes all seems fine my 11 yr old volunteers to stay home with 2 yr old. not sick anymore but not well enough to go to church. so that all went well. my 11 yr old and I went on a 5K walk- witch ROCKED!! and came home...she starts complaining that her belly hurts- so i said take a shower you'll feel better just assuming it was from the walk- nope- 1/2 way through her shower i hear it. puked all over the shower. so we get her cleaned up and settled on the couch- no sets in dry heaves- the 3 yr old starts complaing about her belly and shortly there after POP
all over.

so sunday night was every hour the 3 tr old and 11 yr old got the dry heaves- and i was able to fight it till 11 pm then i Popped as well. so hubby was helping the other 2 while i tended myself- Worst Night EVER !

so we all spent yesterday recovering- hubby took off work- today i feel like a new woman- still not 100% but a ton better then yesterday LOLOL

not sure where i am on working out may give my body a day or 2 to recover will see how i feel

That is awful, I do hope everyone gets better soon. I agree, you really should just take a day or two and let your body recover from the virus before jumping back into your workout. Glad your feeling better

Yuck! I remember those days. Glad you survived it and are feeling somewhat better. Yay for your husband being helpful. My husband was practically allergic to kids' puke.
