It's slow going, but it *is* going. I guess I just need to be happy with that! I know I could do better with my eating choices and I'm only getting to the gym 2x/week, so I guess 1/2 pound/week isn't too bad.

Trying to stay motivated!
69.0 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
