Don't trust my food tally today. It says I ate under 900 cals but I am stuffed! I had a tanka bar for breakfast, ate half my Brazilian feijoada for lunch, sans rice, and had side pork for dinner. I don't think my feijoada ingredients reflect the fat that must have been in the dish for me to feel this stuffed. Or, maybe that actually is accurate cals. I don't know. The big difference today is that I had no heavy cream in drinks. That adds up cals fast. That doesn't mean I'm giving the heavy cream up. I'm losing even not following my cals very well and cheating pretty bad every fourth day or so, so I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing until I stall.
