My legs were so sore this morning after doing the Bar Method yesterday. I thought it would be so easy, since I have been doing P90X for 6 months. That's the hardest exercise ever...right? Wrong! I began the morning with 30 minutes of Legs and Back, to get warmed up. Then, I began doing the leg exercises in the Bar Method and I could not complete the routine! By dinner time I was hobbling around, but I'm usually pretty wiped out on Thursdays because of the heavy exercise anyway. I'm looking forward to seeing what this workout can do for me.

That's why it's so good to keep changing up your exercise. Your muscles get used to doing one thing and changing it up helps you use other muscles. Great job!
