Day 8 Have been back at the diet/exercise for a week now - was a difficult week - fell out with a good friend and having a bout with stomach problems but this site is keeping me in the game! I'm really set on getting it done this time! Taken a pound off - making sure I'm drinking the water and minimum of 20 min hard work-out - not enough time for more than that but I'm getting through the first weekend without cheating (at least so far - haha) Day is young...
Aaahhhh - I totally want chocolate! Feel lousy - worked out, drinking water, just want something baaaaaadddddd...
