Today, I managed to eat 557 calories for the whole day I don't know if that is good or not.I feel satisfied. I just don't feel,like eating a lot. I have never been a big eater. I am not picky,about good wholesome food. I love fruit, vegetables, fish, chicken, and seafood. I don't mind red meat once in a while, but am not a great fan of it. Hope ll of you out there had a nice restful day,full of peace and relaxation. Tomorrow, I will go to snap fitness and work out some more. Best of luck to all of you out there. will be back tomorrow. Usually not a good idea to eat that little. People don't realize that you need to be in balance. Too much food or too much of one of the macros (carbs, protein, fat) and your body will store it as fat. Too little food and your body becomes afraid of a famine and stores what it can. The secret is to eat the right balance of the three macros: carbs, protein, fat. I'm on the Total Six Pack Abs program from musclehack.com and making great progress.
