Water intake good today, and under calories I think. Everything is saying 2200 RDI, but I'm going to stick w/ 1700-2000 low carb. Switched from the P90x Lean to P90X classic workout today. Much better, feel like I'm pushing more. Love the Plyometrics workout. But...owww.
