Carb junkie much?
Why, yes I am, thank you for noticing.
Yesterday was just terrible in terms of carb intake. I swear I went over 200 g of carbs. That's pretty atrocious when you are aiming for <150 a day. I'm hoping today will be a little bit better though I seem to have already sabotaged myself.
Cake for breakfast?
Oh, Fat Erica, what is that about?
Skinny Erica knows far better than to indulge in such a sinful treat. And for BREAKFAST no less.
I have no reason to be eating that way except the lack of willpower to walk away when visiting my mother. On the plus side, it was an itty bitty piece.. er, an itty bitty two pieces. Zoinks!

Its is so hard. When i go over my dads, oh his food is so good. But very very fatening. You can get it together though, Gooc Luck!
