It's a new day today. Been a tough few weeks with Galen being sick and stress at work but I'm going on vacation in SIX WEEKS! I've got to do this now!
The truth is that I have to work for what I want physically just like I do at work. I am willing to work hard to get the body that I want and 6 weeks is more than enough time for me to drop 10 pounds - that would bring me down to 135 and I would feel SO GREAT to be there!
SOOO My big goal is to lose 10 pounds in the next 6 weeks. Can I do it? YES!
