Changing my goal weight from 145 to 140. I am seeing too much work that needs to be done still. Worked out hard yesterday and today and feel sore (Good sore). weighed in this morning and it said 145 so I def think I was retaining some water yesterday morning.

I changed my goal weight twice until I finally got to the weight that felt just right. Don't be distracted by those temporary spikes, they are unavoidable. You are doing a great job Linda, keep it up!

Info you are so sweet, thank you for the encouragement. This is the second time I changed my goal, 1st one was 150 then changed it to 145 now I am thinking 140 is much better.
