For the past two weeks I have written in my 5 minute journal everyday. I got a cold a week ago, which lowered my daily steps, but I have gotten daily steps of 10,000 at least half the days in the last several weeks. I was not able to get 10,000 steps since August of last year before that. I think my weight has stabilized, my cardio is up and leg strength...and ability to think is up.
I made a goal to live to be 100. That also changed my approach in a deep way.
