Anyone else reach their Goal Weight, but then continued to lose because you were afraid of gaining back some of the weight you worked so hard to shed?

yes. I've gone lower because I'm scared of gaining back I did gain some and now working on losing a few but mostly trying to maintain and not get back into losing too much.
