I am going to try something different today and make it a whole day of exercise. I am going to do as much as I can today and see what happens. I have to weigh in tomorrow and I am at my 142 mark that I have never been able to get passed and I would really like to see it move tomorrow in the right direction.
So far today I have done 30 ea of my weighted hoop and my bike. I would like to fit in some zumba, walk away the pounds, maybe some more hooping and bike, and maybe Insanity.
Don't worry I am not going to push myself to hard or do something to hurt myself. This is just an experiment I thought would be interesting to see if it made a difference.
If this works I might plan to do this once a month or if I can't seem to get the scale to move.
All the kids are home so it won't be easy to get it all in but it's worth a shot.
