This is where I stand today got a boot after all blood work was normal. diagnosis for now is spontenous bruise according to podiatrist just great. It's hard to keep your mood up when random things like these happen. PCP say's it's muscle strain and overuse

Gibjib, me too is things like these that drive my anxiety off the wall😏😒🙄 they said 🤬 happens we just don't know why🤷‍♀️ I said I don't know let me think maybe because I'm on my feet atleast 12 hrs a day, I run, walk fast paced and jog and go upstairs 😅😆 they said no is not that🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ well then maybe it was the pedicure with deep massage I got on Monday oh yeah maybe😏😏😏

Katsolo, kinda still a little worry because they're saying is not bad but their has to be an underlying cause which they don't know very comforting huh🤔🤔🙄😔

These things are bummer for sure! I try to find new moments to do with everything but the injured limb while healing takes place! That way, you still feel productive and strong! You got this!

Buzbeed any ideas? I'm not very sedentary and this injury is really getting to me as they try to keep off as much as you can the boot is to cook and make it to your appointmets😥

Oh no! Foot/ankle injuries are the worst! I get a random Achilles pain, sometimes need to get back in the boot for a couple days. When this happens, I go to a 3 day routine (chest/back, biceps/triceps, and shoulders/abs) then I will try the elliptical machine with my boot. And evaluate, if it still needs more rest.

Yes thanks I did saw 7 dr apparently everything is normal and no internal factor caused it. They believe it was improper shoes walking fast paced and a vigoroius foot massage I got last wk caused it. It's been 8 days now it is getting better just very slowly.
