A few weeks ago I plateaued so I tried paleo for a week. I was a very crabby person and also didn't see any results. Since that didn't work I changed my caloric intake from 1500 to 1200. It has really helped and I've begun to lose weight again.
I met with my surgeon yesterday and as of right now I should be able to get my bariatric surgery in June. I'll keep trying to make a healthier me until then.
