I know I shouldn't have eaten the M&M's. I went to the vending machine yesterday to get trail mix (I took out all the chocolate pieces); however my finger twitched when I was pushing the button and I got peanut m&m's instead. I guess I should feel proud I only ate half of them instead of the whole bag. I'm going to leave them at work over the weekend so I don't have to worry about them at home. I finally got my daughter's easter candy put to where I don't see it and am not tempted to eat it. Looking at my food journal for today, it looks like I'm having a protein smoothy when I get home and some grilled chicken breast & veggies for dinner....seriously need up my protein intake!!!
