Today I am starting the 2 lbs a week loss challenge. Please support me as I go through this challenge. I know I can do it. Wish me luck. I wish all of that are trying to live a healthier life, the best of luck. Will weigh in tomorrow. It will end my first week of my breakfast challenge. I have not,skipped breakfast, this week and my body thanks me:) LoreJae
