I exercised with Beach Body this afternoon for 10 minutes, then decided at 8:00 tonight that it was still light, and I'm going to take that walk I planned on this morning before the rain decided to pelt down in buckets. I planned on a quick 10 minute walk, but I passed the turn back onto my street on the way back and didn't realize it until I was several streets away and the houses looked strange. I've been here five months and recently learned to stop passing my street when I drive, so now I passed it on the walk. Lol. Needless to say, I ended up walking 25 minutes and 52 seconds. My knees ache a bit. 😄 Biofreeze will help. Too funny.
