So my new MASTER PLAN (or forgetfulness) is to weigh in once a week. Mostly because I brought my scale to my boyfriends house to continue to weigh in daily, and I left it there...

So yeah! MASTER PLAN is once a week weigh in so I don't obsess over the .4lbs that keep appearing and disappearing! I should see better results. At least that is what I am telling myself!
