I haven't done as much exercise as I'd like to have in the past 2 days. Unfortunately, I kind of took a graceful fall as I slipped on some water yesterday in my kitchen. I managed to do a full split and not spill any coffee in the process. However, my body was not quite ready to move that way! I wanted to give my body a few days to recooperate before I pulled something the wrong way. I weighed in today, and my scale has decided to give in and comply with me. I've been on this journey for 7 days and have lost 7 lbs. I have 3 lbs to go to hit my birthday goal with 4 days until my birthday. Maybe I won't manage to hit this goal, but I've gotten fairly close already!
