Well, down is still down. I am down 4/10ths today. I will take it. I am finding it hard to get in enough calories. I do not think I am eating enough vegetables. I am going to work on it.
This is going to be a learning experience day to day. I am finding that it is sinking in. I passed on king cake today at my daughter's school. I also passed on skittles and popcorn with my family last night.
