It feels so good to reach numbers I haven't seen in a while on the scales. I'm currently counting calories and eat no more than 1500 a day, I also do an exercise DVD 4-6 times a week and usually go for a long walk of a weekend with the family.
After I had my daughter I pilled on the weight and felt very depressed over how I looked, at the start of my journey back in July 2020 I was around 110kg. There's still a bit to go but I'm so happy with where I am right now ❤️
