The weather has been nice so I've taken this opportunity to be more active and walk everyday. It's helping across the board. I feel better, I'm starting to lose weight at a good clip again, and it helps my state of mind. Food on this "diet" has not been an issue. I really believe the secret to success is to cook your own food and be consistent. So far, so good, I don't feel deprived in the least.
