Did really good yesterday - stuck to diet and exercised.
Feeling tired though. Stayed up late working on computer - although I didn't snack
I feel really tired today. Did my exercises though.

P.S. Just got my 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels DVD from amazon - holy cow -
just did level 1 and I am flattened! It is really hard! Only 20 minutes and I feel completely
spent! Wow!

It's a great workout and can really get results. Just remember if you have sore muscles, you may gain on the scale or not lose. It's only temporary because of the water build up in the muscles to help them heal. Great job!
